These Terms & Conditions govern all sales and services provided by Mecca, an interior and exterior materials supplier. By placing an order, the customer agrees to the following:
- No Return / No Exchange: All materials sold are final. No returns, exchanges, or refunds shall be permitted once the order is confirmed or goods are delivered.
- Taxes & Duties: All prices are exclusive of GST and other applicable government taxes, which shall be charged as per prevailing laws.
- Installation Services: Installation charges, if provided, are billed separately. Installation fees are strictly non-refundable, regardless of completion status or customer cancellation.
- Delivery & Risk Transfer: Responsibility for the goods transfers to the customer upon delivery. Mecca shall not be liable for any damage, theft, breakage, or deterioration after delivery.
- Payment Policy: A minimum of 70% advance payment is mandatory for order confirmation. The balance 30% payment must be cleared upon material arrival and before final handover.
- Transportation Charges: Transport and handling charges are not included unless stated. Charges depend on distance, delivery location, and quantity and shall be borne by the customer.
- Custom Orders: Custom-made or special-order materials cannot be cancelled, modified, or refunded once production or procurement has begun.
- Delays: Mecca shall not be held responsible for delays caused by factors beyond its control, including supplier delays, transport issues, natural events, or government restrictions.
- Limitation of Liability: Mecca’s liability, if any, shall be limited strictly to the value of the goods supplied and shall not include indirect or consequential losses.
- Jurisdiction: All disputes, claims, or legal proceedings shall be subject exclusively to Varanasi jurisdiction.
- Amendments: Mecca reserves the right to amend or update these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice.
